Workhorse Consulting LLC d/b/a Strive Better operates the Striver Architecture Assessment ("SAA," "we," "us," or "our").
We are committed to handling personal information with discretion, integrity, and respect. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, how it is protected, and the rights available to you.
1. Nature and Purpose of the Assessment
The Striver Architecture Assessment is a research-informed reflective instrument designed to examine achievement structure and striving patterns. It may be used for individual insight, within executive coaching engagements, and to inform aggregated research and publications, including books and written works.
The assessment is not a clinical or diagnostic instrument.
2. Information We Collect

- Computed scores and structural classifications
- Generated interpretive outputs
Technical Information
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Access timestamps
Technical information is used solely to maintain system integrity and prevent misuse.
3. How We Use Information
- Authenticate and provide access to your assessment
- Generate and store your results
- Improve clarity, reliability, and validity of the instrument
- Produce de-identified, aggregated research and publications
We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially license personal information. Individual results are not shared with employers, organizations, or third parties without explicit authorization.
4. Automated Processing and AI-Assisted Analysis
We may use automated systems, including AI-assisted analytical tools and secure third-party service providers, to process and analyze assessment responses for scoring, structural pattern recognition, research, model refinement, quality improvement, and reporting purposes.
When such tools are used, personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or user account identifiers) is removed prior to processing. Only de-identified numerical response data (including item-level responses) or derived scoring variables may be submitted to AI systems.
We do not permit external AI providers to use submitted data to train their models. Processing occurs via secure API access under applicable provider terms.
5. Research and Publications
Assessment data may be used in de-identified or aggregated form for research purposes, including statistical analysis, articles, books, written works, and educational materials. We do not publish or disclose personally identifiable information without explicit written consent.
6. Coaching Context
If you complete the assessment as part of a direct coaching engagement with the creator of SAA, your results may be reviewed within that confidential relationship. Future versions may allow participants to authorize coach access, which would require explicit consent.
The assessment is not currently licensed for independent commercial use by third-party coaches.
7. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored using Supabase infrastructure and related secure service providers. Security measures include encrypted transmission (HTTPS), role-based access controls, row-level security (RLS) policies, and restricted administrative access.
8. International Data Transfers
If you access the assessment from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the assessment, you consent to such transfer.
9. Data Retention
Identifiable data is retained to provide continued access to results and maintain research continuity. You may request deletion of your identifiable data at any time. De-identified or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.
10. U.S. State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of a U.S. state providing privacy rights under applicable law (including California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, or Utah), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you.
We do not sell personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or automated decision-making with legal effects.

11. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date.
